Why did the jelly bean go to school....because he wanted to be a smartie. Cute.

No Banana For Cohen

This morning, after getting Cohen his breakfast he said "I do not want this banana" and proceeded to throw it in the trash...he has such a mind of his own and is not afraid to let anyone know what he wants (or doesn't want). I wonder who he gets that from....

Still my favorite time....bath time.

This is basically because I know story time and cuddle time are next.

All Aboard

Cohen and Grandma Pat have been going to the zoo to see the animals...or when Cohen says it it sounds like "elmos" .....and ride the choo choo train. The train engineer will say "all aboard" before he takes off...and now Cohen will say "all aboard" really load when he is playing with his train. I will need to get some video of his to share.....so cute!

Cami comment

During the race for the cure with 25,000 walkers....my 5 year old niece made the following comment "Are all these people here for Aunt Sheryl?" It was so cute and I told her yes, in one way or another, these people are here for Sheryl. It made me smile and I know Sheryl was giggling.

A poem written by Sheryl's brother in law

Dancing with the Moon

A life that touched so many
A friend that's gone too soon
A smile that we will dearly miss
Now she's dancing with the moon

As stars light up the evening sky
And crickets sing their tune
She has escaped her earthly bonds
And she's dancing with the moon

As angels sing, and welcome her
We rightly might assume
That she is grinning ear to ear
While she's dancing with the moon

Through the heavens flying by
Soaring like a pink balloon
We miss her presence her on earth
Now she's dancing with the moon

Now we remember special times
And those yellow daisy blooms
Of laughter, games and goodbye hugs
Now she's dancing with the moon

SheShe slipped away to heaven
Where God prepared her room
Now the evening light's more brilliant
As she's dancing with the moon.
